A simple Google review led to a wonderful business partnership with CDP Fencing. I had the pleasure of working with them for the installation of my privacy fence. The process began with Marc, who provided me with a free consultation. The same day, I received quotes on the fencing designs. Marc consistently checked in with me during the initial stages of the process. After receiving approval from the HOA, scheduling and payment were conveniently handled by Samantha. The entire fence installation process, from start to finish, took about a week. The installation crew, led by Victor, was exceptional. Victor ensured that I was informed about the progress at every stage and completed the job to my satisfaction. On the last day of the installation, Devin, the owner, was onsite. He personally ensured that the quality of the work and the crew met my standards. The entire team was friendly, pleasant, and easy to work with. When I inquired about an estimate for a partial privacy fence, I received a prompt response with an appt. scheduled with one phone call. Devin was more than willing to work with price, as again, I only needed a partial fence and many companies wouldn't entertain my needs. Once I provided my deposit, and weather permitted, I received a call from Samantha notifying me the install would begin that day. Devin and the installation crew began work around 2:30pm and finished the installation at 10pm - same day! Impressive to say the least. Now, for full transparency, there were a few issues I discovered in the light of day as would be typical with any significant installation. However, when I contacted Devin, he ensured me the crew would be at my house first thing the next morning to address any issues. The installation crew were at my house the next morning by 7:30am, listened to my concerns, corrected each issue (only two issues), after which, Devin and I walked through to ensure my concerns were addressed and that I was satisfied with CDP's work. I wouldn't hesitate to call CDP for any fencing needs. Devin's communication was immediate, his adamancy to have the job completed in a timely manner, and his promptness in correcting my concerns speaks volumes about the company and his professionalism.
